The petitioner seeks a direction to Respondent No. 6 to immediately forward the statement regarding absence of the petitioner to Respondent No. 4 so that remuneration of the petitioner can be paid forthwith. The same has not been done without any valid reason.

The representation filed by the petitioner before the District Panchayati Raj Officer though yielded some result but no payment has been made to the petitioner till

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a representation before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 2) within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of such representation, shall have the facts verified from the District Panchayati Raj Officer, Darbhanga and Block Development Officer, Gaura Bauram, Darbhanga and pass / caused to be passed orders in accordance with law, within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the District Magistrate, Darbhanga (Respondent No. 2) finds that deliberately the Respondent No. 6 has not been forwarded the statement regarding presence and absence of the petitioner, he will also consider the feasibility of asking explanation from Respondent No. 6 as to why there had been delay in sending the statement. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
