Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased by decapitating her head and the dead body has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the informant further submits that

In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.
