2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 420, 407, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the bank guarantees in question has been arranged through another person.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31517 of 2016 (3) dt.30-08-2016 before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
