ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 2.1.2014 is, hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.C1/2102 of 2012 pending in the court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar at Sitamarhi.

However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- per month instead of Rs.750/- to the Opposite Party No.2.
