Mr. Akhilesh Dutta Verma, learned Advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that during the pendency of the present contempt petition, though all the consequential benefits have been accorded, except the Dearness Allowances and House Rent Allowances for certain period as well as his date of appointment has been wrongly mentioned in Memo No. 1025 dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure- J to the 3rd supplementary show-

Patna High Court MJC No.2036 of 2025(5) dt.06-02-2026 2/2 cause affidavit).

3. Learned Advocate for the State taking this Court through the Supplementary Show-cause affidavit submitted at the Bar that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 08.05.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3907 of 2025, all the consequential benefits have been accorded to the petitioner.

4. Having considered the submissions advanced, the present petition stands consigned. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the authorities concerned, if still there is any remaining due, as noted hereinabove, besides the other claim.

5. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
