The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of his dismissal dated 23.2.1993 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad which order has been affirmed by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Magadh Range, Gaya vide order bearing Memo No.2085 dated 2.7.2010, whereby the appeal has been dismissed.
Mr. Nand Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for
Patna High Court CWJC No.13031 of 2007 (7) dt.22-09-206 the petitioner submits that since the order of dismissal of appeal became known to the petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition and thus was placed on record vide I.A. No.1037 of 2015, hence the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to enable him to pursue the statutory remedy of memorial as available to him under the Bihar Police Manual, to question the orders impugned.
As prayed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
