Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,323,325,337,302 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, an occurrence of assault took place. The specific allegation is against other co-accused person and not the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 22.05.2020. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Since there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, who have got no criminal antecedent, rather specific allegation is against other named accused, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38577 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jandaha Police Station Case No.63 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
