The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 689/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named 14 persons including the

It is submitted that from the side of petitioners Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case no. 689/2014 is registered. There was free fight between the two sides and persons of both sides got injuries, but from perusal of annexure 2, it would appear that from the side of the informant all got simple injuries. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 689/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
