JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that during search, from the possession of the petitioner, one country made loaded pistol was recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2020. Considering the period under custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
