JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.6.2015 issued from the office of the District Magistrate-cum-District Programme Coordinator (Manrega), East Champaran whereby the services of the petitioner has been terminated on the ground of alleged participation in strike called on by the Union Leaders. Besides, the petitioner has assailed the impugned order on a number of grounds as well as on the ground that his service was terminated without affording any opportunity of being heard. Patna High Court CWJC No.16780 of 2015 (2) dt.01-12-2015 issues involved in this writ application are similar to those in C.W.J.C. No.16381 of 2015 disposed of by this Court by order dated 12.10.2015.
In view of the submissions made by the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of in the same terms as passed in C.W.J.C. No.16381 of 2015 vide order dated 12.10.2015 provided the factual aspect are substantially similar.
