Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 9.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.49151 of 2017, by which the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected as there is case against the petitioner of causing injury and the injury is serious in nature.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than one year and there is case and counter case and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.
Heard learned APP and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail.

No.57080 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura in connection with Sessions Trial No.102 of 2017 arising out of Korma P.S.Case No.32 of 2017 with condition that he has to appear before the trial court as and when required otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
