Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot the injured. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2023.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to some compromise in Naya Ram Nagar P.S.Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45973 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 02 of 2022 and he also submits that the victim is a known criminal having 7 cases against him and the victim is also in custody.

Considering the above, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022.
