JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 13-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

While rejecting prayer for bail vide order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52438/2016 a liberty was given to the petitioner that in case so desired, may renew after examination of the informant. Informant has been examined and his deposition is annexed with the petition as Annexure-3 wherefrom it is evident that he had not claimed identification of the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner Aman Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sixth Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No.165/2016 leading to Sessions Trial No.256/2017.
