Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ashthwan P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(xi) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

In view of the fact that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and that admittedly the occurrence took place inside the house of the informant which does not attract the provisions of Section 3(1)(xi) of the SC/ST Act, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.32619 of 2016 (2) dt.26-09-2016 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Asthama P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016, subjection to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
