JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 The learned counsel for the Accountant General has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated in paragraph no. 7 that the leave encashment amount has already been sanctioned vide letter dated 21.08.2019 and has been sent to the Principal, Darbhanga Medical College,Laheriasarai,Darbhanga. It is admitted at bar that other retiral dues of the petitioner has already stood paid.
