The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C.Act.

As per the prosecution case, 33 bags of rice were seized from Tata Magic vehicle and the same was to be delivered to this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said vehicle. Petitioner is also not P.D.S. dealer and nothing has been recovered either from his shop or from the house of this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
