The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No.72336 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. 3.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Complaint Case No.263(c) of 2022, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.
