2. Petitioner apprehends their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468 , 471 , 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . Petitioner is alleged to have obtained employment on the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of fake certificate .
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner was appointed, on the post of Special Survey Amin , after verification of all his education certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper enquiry or giving any

It is further submitted that petitioner has already terminated from the aforesaid post of special survey Amin vide letter No. 4447 dated 14.12.2021 issued by the concerned Department. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from the aforesaid post, by the concerned authority and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
