The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2016 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's name has been falsely brought in connection with this case as he is in no way connected with the family of the girl with whom the marriage of the groom was fixed.

Considering the remote nature of allegation and the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and also the prosecution in connection with the present case is wholly uncalled for and imaginary, let the petitioner above named, be

No.41088 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 released on bail furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S.
