Petitioner seeks bail in Arrah Muffasil P.S. Case No.127 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The police chased the petitioner and apprehended him inside his house. On search, one loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner denied the factum of recovery of any arms and ammunition from his possession but it appears that the petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for nine months. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with
