This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) P.S. Case No.807 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the victim causing simple injury. He is in custody since 12.05.2024. 4.

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature, this bail application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
