The petitioners, namely, Dharmendra Kumar @ Babloo and Raghvendra Kumar, apprehend their arrest in Bela P.S. Case No. 182/2015 registered under Sections 406, 120(B), 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant filed complaint petition on the basis of which the present FIR is lodged. The informant alleged that the petitioners persuaded her and others to open accounts in the State Bank of India and the Government of India will deposit Rs. 15,00,000/- in those accounts. The petitioners realised Rs. 200/- per head for getting the accounts opened. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false. The informant or any other person did not show any chit of paper to give money to the petitioners.

No.29981 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that no chit of paper is brought on record showing that the petitioners received any money from the informant and others for getting their accounts opened in the State Bank of India, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K.D. Rajajee, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in Bela P.S. Case No. 182/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
