This is an application for bail in connection with Turkauliya (Raghunathpur) P.S. Case No. 366 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of one country made pistol.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that nothing has been recovered from their possession and they are in custody for three months.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in view of facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40861 of 2017 (2) dt.06-09-2017 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case or after they completes six months period in judicial custody, whichever is earlier.
