2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jharokhar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(4), 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners have been found involved in dealing with stolen motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 26.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the custody of the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Jharokhar P.S. Case No. 58 of 2025 subject to condition that:- "(i) the bailor should be the deponent of this case, who is brother-in-law of the petitioners."
