2. With the consent of all the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioners are ready to file a detailed representation before the District Co-operative Officer, Sitamarhi, Bihar (Respondent No. 3) within two weeks from the date of this order. He further prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a fixed time frame.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the State Election Commission and learned counsel for the RespondentState do not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ

3) within two weeks from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioners, the same shall be heard and disposed of on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed by him within two months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioners.
