This is an application for bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376(I), 504, 506, 120B and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of forcibly committing rape upon the informant and other accused persons have taken Videography of the same.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no injury was found on her body and he is in custody for six months. Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45275 of 2017 (3) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months. With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
