ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 4.2.2013 by which the Sessions Judge, Buxar, in Criminal Appeal No. 56 of 2012 has refused to modify the order of the Court below in a Proceeding of Domestic Violence Act.

Having considered the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application.

The application is dismissed.

However, this order shall not come in the way of any further talks of final settlement.
