2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 640 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 376, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per allegation, the informant was married with co-accused Ram Ishwar Kumar and she was subjected to cruelty by the accused persons due not non-fulfillment of Rs. 5 lakhs in dowry.

4. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is cousin brother of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44927 of 2024(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 husband of the victim and she has already compromised the case with her husband and the couple are living cordially together and the husband has already been granted bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 640 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
