In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 448, 307 and 34 of the I.P.C.
On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that against the petitioner there is no specific allegation, the allegation for assaulting with Dab is against Munna Sah, there is case and counter case, the case has already been compromised between both the parties, the injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. submits that against the petitioner there is no specific allegation.

No.33430 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Siwan in Siwan Muffassil P.S. Case No. 08 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
