The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Model) P.S. Case No. 439/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer of bail of petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23082/2018 dated 18.04.2018.

Report of the court below with regard to current stage of case has been received, wherein it is mentioned that prosecution evidence has been closed and record is fixed for statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. The court below has further submitted that case is likely to be disposed off within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56496 of 2018 (4) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 month.

In view of such, present bail petition is disposed off with direction to the court below to finally conclude the trial preferably within two months and pass final judgment.
