The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped her minor daughter from Patel Chowk, Bhabua. The victim made her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she was in love with Mubarak Ali, the petitioner. The victim accompanied the petitioner and went to Varanasi with him after taking permission from her mother.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is compromised.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29847 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in Bhabua P.S. Case No. 314 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
