Anirvan Kundu, learned counsel representing the petitioner. He has stated that for filing notices in Civil Revision No.1910 of 2003 which was dismissed on that very score, he will have to inform his client. Furthermore, it has been submitted that aforesaid eventualities will be taken up at his end after having restoration of Civil Revision No.1910 of 2003. That being so, Civil Revision No.1910 of 2003 is directed to be restored to its original status. Consequent thereupon, MJC No.3116 of 2007 is allowed with a condition that within six weeks the order dated 15.12.2006 be complied with, failing which the aforesaid revision will met with normal consequence on account of peremptory order existing since before.
