JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has become infructuous, as according to him, the impugned order is in respect of interim maintenance and over the period final order/judgment seems to have been passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar.
Be that as it may, in view of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
It is open for the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar to execute the impugned order.
