The petitioners are in custody since 09.08.2017 in connection with Warsalianj P.S.Case No. 119 of 2017 registered under Sections 304 (B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are brother-in-law and mother in law of the deceased and they have been in custody since 09.08.2017 and also because the husband of the deceased is already in jail custody, let above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48776 of 2017 (2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada, in connection with Warsaliganj P.S.Case No. 119 of 2017.
