The petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Mufassil P.S. Case No. 03 of 2013.

It has been submitted that no offence whatsoever is made out in the facts of he case.

Considering that the investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere with the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police concerned for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station.
