2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 342, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in a dispute of purely civil nature and for which Title Suit No. 221 of 2010 is pending before the Subordinate Judge, Supaul. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
