ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner's case for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on 30.07.2003 vide annexure-1 with direction that if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same should be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.

The petitioner, however, did not surrender and has after lapse of more than a decade again moved this Court with a prayer for anticipatory bail.

In my view the same is not maintainable specially in view of the submissions made earlier and also abuse of the process
