The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that due to petty dispute scuffle took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Injuries caused by the petitioners are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedents. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of

Case No. 17 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
