ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 250 (C) of 2014 registered under Section 498 A of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of Dowry & Prohibition Act.

On the last so many occasions, the opposite party no. 2 was present in chambers with a baby child. On the last occasion, the petitioner had not appeared. On 27.04. 2016, the prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner would appear on the next date and take his wife and child but he failed to do so. Even today he has failed to appear in this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46487 of 2015 (9) dt.27-07-2016 Considering the fact that the petitioner has made the offer to take his wife and child only for the purpose of the present anticipatory bail application and after having obtained interim order in his favour on such submission has failed to ignore his commitment given to this Court, let interim order dated 01.10.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No. 250C of 2014 be treated as withdrawn and application for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected.
