This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.06.2016 passed by the learned A.C.J.M.-XI, Patna taking cognizance in Complaint Case No. 2850(C)/2015 for the offences under Sections 323/498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No ground for quashing is made out from the reading of the application. The petitioner and others are said to have tortured the compliant.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order impugned at this stage. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
