Patna High Court CWJC No.12933 of 2019(3) dt.27-02-2020 2/2 petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the nature of the dispute involved in this case relating to enquiry into appointment on forged certificate and fraud practiced by respondent no.13 in obtaining matriculation certificate, mark-sheets etc. issued by the Bihar School Examination Board is still pending, no indulgence is called for at this stage.

However, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach Lokayukt, Patna or other forum in respect of the aforesaid issue for grant of appropriate relief.

The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
