2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1 is the father of a minor child and has filed a case under the provisions of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 for

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.605 of 2023(2) dt.05-04-2024 2/2 custody of the minor child against his in-laws after death of his wife. Learned counsel further submits that the present petition has been filed only with a prayer for early disposal of Guardianship Case No. 01 of 2022 pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada. Learned counsel further submits that the evidence of the plaintiffs has been closed during the pendency of the present petition, still learned trial court has not been proceeding further towards recording of the evidence of the defendants.

Since the present petition has been filed only with a prayer for early disposal of the case pending before the learned trial court, I do not think there is any need to issue notice to the respondents and hence, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada is directed to proceed with the matter and dispose of the Guardianship Case No. 01 of 2022 within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of.
