The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 04 of 2017 arising out of Buxar ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 181 of 2017, registered for the office under Sections 20 (b) (ii) (c)/22 of N.D.P.S.Act.

Allegation against the petitioner as per F.I.R. is of recovery of 98 Kg of Ganja along with covered polythene from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely been implicated and he is not arrested on the spot and nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal

Heard learned A.P.P., who opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2016, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude the same as soon as possible.
