1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos.2 & 3 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO Act), West Champaran at Bettiah vide order dated 05.07.2022 passed in A.B.P. No.1903 of 2022.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42350 of 2022(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/2 learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.10 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Complaint Case No.10 of 2022.
