2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323,337,307,315,498A,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46064 of 2023(5) dt.08-02-2024 2/3 section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioners is that they tortured the informant physically and mentally for demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are in-laws family members of the informant. The husband of the informant has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court. There is no specific overt act has been levelled against the petitioners. The petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 have no criminal antecedent and petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact and circumstance of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46064 of 2023(5) dt.08-02-2024 3/3 connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 137 of 2023 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
