2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 331(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, some unknown miscreants committed theft of one LCD TV, some ornaments, land papers and other valuable documents from the house of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have been made accused in this case only on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43516 of 2025(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 basis of confessional statement of co-accused who was arrested on the spot.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that stolen LCD TV was recovered from the house of petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 has got two criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
