The learned counsel for the contemnors has submitted, by referring to the show cause filed in the present case, that the order of this Court dated 11.02.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 23318 of 2018 has already stood complied with, inasmuch as the case of the petitioner for grant of appointment on compassionate ground has already been considered but his claim

Patna High Court MJC No.2280 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 has been rejected vide proceedings of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Lakhisarai, as contained in Memo dated 21.12.2020, annexed as Annexure A to the show cause filed in the present case.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Lakhisarai, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The present petition stands disposed off.
