Patna High Court MJC No.2280 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 has been rejected vide proceedings of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Lakhisarai, as contained in Memo dated 21.12.2020, annexed as Annexure A to the show cause filed in the present case.
In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Lakhisarai, in accordance with law. Liberty so sought, is granted.
The present petition stands disposed off.
