The present application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.CaseNo.3 of 2013 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code as also under section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation against the petitioners is that they caused injuries to the informant's father by firearm which find due corroboration from the injury report issued by the doctor who treated the injured.

Regard being had to the nature of allegation, I am not
