2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

3. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 dated 20.05.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 338, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44087 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/3 co-accused persons came to the door of the informant and started abusing and pelting bricks and stones. In the meantime, the petitioner and the co-accused persons Kundan Singh and Rishi Kumar Singh caught the informant's uncle and the petitioner assaulted on his mouth and face with knife causing injury. Thereafter, the co-accused Kundan Singh looted Rs. 2,000/- from the pocket of the informant's uncle and the coaccused Ramchandra Singh took fan and chair worth Rs. 6,000/-.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel further submitted that land dispute is going on between both the sides, several civil and criminal cases are going on between both the parties. The injury is simple in nature. The petitioner is accused in four other criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2023.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-

No.44087 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 3/3 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023.

8. The application stands allowed.
