The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant was sitting at his door, in the meantime, the petitioners and coaccused Raja Manjhi came and assaulted Vijay Das. Petitioner no. 1 alleged to have assaulted with Khanti to Akhilesh Manjhi whereas co-accused Raja Manjhi assaulted the mother and father of the informant and petitioner no. 2 abused the informant side.

No.41046 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injuries have been found to be simple except one injury of Jawahar Manjhi, the father of the informant, which has been caused by co-accused Raja Manjhi and there is a counter version of the occurrence also.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Class, Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
